The Big Bookshop @ Atria, Damansara Jaya

Big and I headed over to Atria to pick up some groceries. It’s by far the most comfortable & closest place to home for grocery-shopping. Turns out that it’s a great place to pick up great books too.

I’ve been to The Big Bookshop quite a few times and it has never failed to amaze me with it’s great deals. The shop’s entrance itself announces down-priced 12-buck books that you can’t take your eyes off. Beyond the entrance, stacks and stacks of good-looking, great-priced books welcome you.

The best part is, it’s spacious enough for you to walk around for hours and it isn’t jam packed with people, so there’s no jostling, or bumping into people, or heat-induced sweat. This is definitely the place to go to if you wish to walk around leisurely during a lazy weekend and pick up some nice books.

So today, I picked up two cookbooks (at 2 bucks each), one of Seth Godin‘s books (at 12 bucks) and ‘The boy in the striped pyjamas’ (for 12 bucks too!) since I hadn’t had the chance to watch the movie.
